Shenzhen International Investment Promotion Center Co., Ltd. (SIIPC) was incorporated in April 2009. Its predecessor was Shenzhen Council for the Promotion of International Investment (SZCPII). , which was established in April 1997, and was co-located with SZCPII at the beginning of its establishment. In August 2016, the SZCPII finished its historical mission and officially operated under a brand of SIIPC. As a founding member and vice-chairman organization of China Council of International Investment Promotion (CCIIP) as well as a founding member and vice-president organization of FIPAC, SIIPC is a professional investment promotion organization specialized in investment invitation, investment promotion and investment services.

SIIPC also hosts activities of promoting cultural and ideological progress such as the Shenzhen Foreign Investment Enterprise Games (SZFIEG) and the Integrative Performance Competition to harmonize labor relations, optimize the investment environment, promote the introduction of foreign investment, and promote the stable development of enterprises. From 2001 to 2004, SIIPC won the "Quality Service Award for Investment Promotion" issued by the Shenzhen Municipal Government for four consecutive years. Awarded "Top Ten Outstanding Associations" and "Outstanding Social Organization" by Shenzhen Civil Affairs Bureau. In 2012, SIIPC was awarded the title of "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization" by the Shenzhen Joint Committee of Social Organizations of the Communist Party of China. In the same year, SIIPC was awarded the "Best Service Award" from 2002 to 2012 on the 10th Anniversary of the Joint Conference of National Investment Promotion Organizations. In 2022, SIIPC was appointed as "Experience Officer of 12366" by Shenzhen Tax Service, State Taxation Administration.
